Shipping & Returns

This policy explains how we ship orders and how returns, replacements and refunds work. Because our products are consumable health supplements, some return rules are stricter than for ordinary goods — please read this carefully before ordering.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within [1–2] business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation, and tracking details by email once your order ships.
Shipping destinations and timelines
- Within India: delivery usually takes [3–7] business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier partner.
- International (where available): timelines vary by destination and customs clearance; any applicable duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout before payment. [Orders above ₹500 may qualify for free shipping]
Delays
Once an order is handed to the courier, delivery is subject to their timelines. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Returns — what is eligible
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used supplements cannot be returned. We accept returns or replacements only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, provided you:
- Report the issue within [48 hours] of delivery by emailing us with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Return the item unused, sealed and in its original packaging where requested.
Non-returnable items
- Products that have been opened, used or tampered with.
- Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.
- Products purchased on clearance or marked non-returnable (where applicable).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within [7–10] business days. The time for the amount to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider.
Replacements and damaged items
For damaged, defective or wrong items reported within the window above, we will arrange a replacement or a refund, at your preference, at no extra cost.
Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible under the returns rules above.
